Well, this is a first for me, sharing my news and views and foodie stuff on a blog.  There’ll be information on Ruth’s Real Food of course, new dishes, information about my suppliers and such as well as my musings on growing food, new recipes I’ve tried, loving leftovers and all manner of foodie things that appeal to me or concern me.  I hope you find some of the info interesting, amusing or thought-provoking!  One thing I do know is that in cooking, you never stop learning which is one of the reasons I love it so maybe I can share that passion with you.
