Cottage Pie with Carrot and Parsnip

What can I say about my cottage pie?  Put simply, pure comfort food.

Potato, Beef (27%), Water, Carrot, Onion, Parsnip, Red Wine (SULPHITES), WHEAT Flour, Semi Skimmed MILK, Unsalted Butter (MILK), Worcester Sauce (Malt Vinegar (BARLEY), Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, Salt, Anchovy (FISH), Tamarind Extract, Onion, Garlic, Spice, Flavouring), Tomato Puree (Tomato, Citric Acid), Olive Oil, Garlic, Freshly Milled Black Pepper, Thyme,  White Pepper.

Specific allergens:

SULPHITES, WHEAT, BARLEY, MILK, FISH.

Oven cook from chilled. Defrost thoroughly before reheating. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place the meal on a baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.  [Follow manufacturers instructions for fan assisted ovens.]

Keep frozen at -18ºC or below. Once defrosted, refrigerate (below 5ºC) and use within 3 days.
